Bridges
Bridges: Restoring Function and Aesthetics to Your Smile
A dental bridge is a restorative option designed to replace one or more missing teeth. When a tooth is lost, surrounding teeth can shift, affecting alignment and bite functionality. Bridges help maintain the natural structure of your mouth, filling gaps and preventing dental complications. They are custom-made to match the shape and color of your teeth, ensuring a seamless, natural appearance.
Our practice offers a range of bridge options tailored to each patient’s needs. Traditional bridges consist of a replacement tooth supported by crowns on adjacent teeth, while implant-supported bridges provide an alternative for those seeking a fixed, durable solution. By choosing a bridge, you’re choosing to protect your oral health while restoring a full, confident smile.
Benefits of Choosing a Bridge
Dental bridges provide both functional and aesthetic benefits. In addition to restoring your ability to chew and speak properly, bridges also help maintain facial shape, prevent bone loss, and keep remaining teeth from shifting out of place. Crafted from high-quality materials, bridges are designed to blend in with your natural teeth, offering durability and a realistic look. Our team works closely with you to select the best bridge option to meet your lifestyle and dental health needs.

Dental Bridges in Scottsdale
Bridges offer a versatile, effective solution for tooth replacement. At our Scottsdale office, we understand that every patient’s situation is unique. We start with a comprehensive consultation, assessing your dental health and discussing your goals. This allows us to recommend the best bridge type for your needs, whether it’s a traditional bridge, cantilever bridge, or implant-supported option.
We believe in transparent communication, ensuring you understand the procedure and how it fits into your long-term oral health plan. A well-crafted bridge can last many years with proper care, providing both comfort and functionality. Our team will walk you through the entire process, from preparation to placement, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable at every step.
Dental bridges not only restore your smile but also improve your overall oral health. By filling gaps, bridges prevent shifting of adjacent teeth and reduce the risk of future complications. Our Scottsdale practice is equipped with advanced technology to create durable, custom bridges tailored to fit your unique dental structure. With our dedication to quality and patient satisfaction, we ensure that your bridge is a valuable, lasting investment in your smile.
Types of Dental Bridges
Traditional Bridges
Supported by crowns on neighboring teeth, traditional bridges are a common solution for filling gaps between teeth. They provide stability and a natural appearance, matching the color and shape of your existing teeth.
Cantilever Bridges
For cases where there’s only one supporting tooth, cantilever bridges offer an effective replacement option. They’re ideal when only one neighboring tooth is available for support, maintaining balance and aesthetics.
Maryland Bonded Bridges
These bridges use a metal or porcelain framework bonded to the back of adjacent teeth. They’re less invasive, requiring minimal alteration of surrounding teeth while providing a secure, natural-looking solution.
Implant-Supported Bridges
Implant-supported bridges are anchored by dental implants instead of crowns, making them an excellent option for patients looking for a more permanent, stable solution. This type of bridge is ideal for multiple missing teeth.
